"When we first decided to buy a narrow boat, we travelled all over the midlands viewing various craft and finally at trinity marina in hinckley. We were extremely impressed with the layout of the modern pontoons, with water and electricity points.
The site itself was clean and tidy with easy access from the car park just yards away. The facilities available to the moorers are exceptional. These include a purpose-built toilet block, showers and a laundry room, all accessed by personal security tab and all disabled friendly. there are pump out and diesel points both from within the marina, and also direct from Ashby canal. There is small chandlery situated within the main office block, which is directly opposite a modern pub/restaurant within the marina grounds. Very Handy! The marina is protected after office hours by security patrols who monitor the complete trinity motor and marina site. We have found the staff at trinity marinas extremely kind and helpful and knowledgeable in our quest. Having viewed many of the boats on brokerage, we finally settled on one we were guided through the paperwork with quiet efficiency. The after-sales service was just as good nothing seemed to be too much trouble. in our view, trinity marina is all about poeple who love narrowboars, the canals and the life aboard."
