Fingers crossed we’ve finally seen the last of the cold weather , another shocking winter over …….
bring on the spring! It’s nice to see some movement at last both in our Marina and out and about on
the waterways after the big freeze!

With the advent of spring of course brings this years shows, we are exhibiting this year at
Birminghams ‘National Boat, Caravan and Outdoor Show’. We will be there all week from 22nd-
27th February , so if you’re planning a visit, drop by and say ‘Hello’, we will be on stand 1211, and of
course following this is the annual Crick event, where we shall be in the same fab spot as last year,
stand Q36. This year though ,hoping for slightly less wind, I was more than slightly concerned on
one occasion that we might lose the roof as well as most of our balloons and the flag, which nearly
decapited a passer by!

We’ve had a great few months on our boat brokerage (despite the artic conditions) . We are now
looking for more boats, so if you, or anyone you know, is thinking about selling, or even buying come
to that, just pop in to the office or give us a call and we will give you all the information you might
need.
