Trinty Marinas

Being a Sunday we have our usual Model Boaters Club down here sailing their amazing little vessels. They have between them replicas of Titanic, a Huntsman 28, Sea Trawlers, a Destroyer, an Aircraft Carrier, various Yachts and even wait for it a Submarine…….I fail to see what the attraction is with the Submarine as it is nearly always submerged but they have assured me thats the exciting part! I shouldn’t  laugh but a few years ago it didn’t resurface and the owner had to hire a diver to retrieve !.  My favourite is the Swan, it can spurt water out of its beak so when our real swans approach it they get quite a surprise and a good soaking!

We have had a report this morning that a gentlemen had left is trousers in the mens showers with his mobile phone and wallet still in his pockets, luckily one of our boaters has handed them in however we are all still quite curious as to how he did not notice that he didn’t have his trousers on when he left the showers to return to his boat!
